Zigco is a product development and engineering firm based in Bozeman, Montana. We design and build real, production-ready systems, not just concepts.

Our work spans mechanical design, embedded systems, software, and automation. We develop tightly integrated hardware and software solutions, including custom electronics, PLC-based industrial automation, robotics programming, vision systems, and Python-based automation.

We take products from early concept through prototyping and into manufacturing, with a focus on simplicity, durability, and real-world performance.

SpinRx is one example of our work, a purpose-built anchoring system developed in-house to solve a real problem with a clean, reliable design.
